Workouts in Florida with Joe Torre and Black Sox Pro Baseball Staff to look for players to send to MLB Partner League Teams when they request.

This will likely be the only and best opportunity for players who cannot travel to get seen. We will not be making our way back to Florida until the end of the MLB Partner League Seasons in September / October.

July 8-11 and August 13-15 we will be in the CT / NJ Area for workouts.

Workouts with our Black Sox Pro Baseball Staff representing and working with Frontier League / American Association Teams as well as scouting for our Kenosha Kings Summer team and looking for players to fill when MLB partner League Teams request players.

Workouts and Therapy will be done at Physical Synergy in Fairfield CT and other locations in the NY/NJ/CT area.

Physical Synergy is owned and operated by our Team Dr for over 15 years, Thumbs (Mike Troknya) takes insurance and we can check that for you before we do the Black Sox Members cash deal (group)

Scout Day is an event with the top MLB Partner League Managers (2023 included Pat Scalabrine from Quebec, NJ, Sussex, Winnipeg and others) as well as MLB Clubs

From 2016-2019 Joe Torre moved over 160 players from Free Agency or Lower Leagues to the Pacific Association. In 2019, we moved 26 players to MLB Partner Leagues and from that era, you can lookup the players that are still playing and thriving in both Indy Ball and the MLB. Jordan Brink moved on from Pittsburg to Southern Illinois in 2018 and spent the rest of his career in the Minor Leagues and Joe Jones is with the Toronto Blue Jays, his 3rd club since leaving in the PAC in 2018 (Martinez)

The now-Pacific is the Pecos, but you can look back at the damage we did helping players while we were on the left coast. Covid changed all that and the Pacific was dead, and we transitioned over to the East Coast out of a Frontier League Ballpark, where we have been able to move over 500 players to MLB Partner Leagues since then.

Monday - 7am- Physical Synergy , Fairfield CT with “thumbs” our Team Doctor for over 15 years. He will be specifically checking in on a recovering broken hand from one of our prospects as well as shoulder/ arm oil changes (Rolfing sessions) to be able to gain more strength and flexibility and recovery depending on the damage. Only a few spots left.

Tuesday - Looking to work players out in NJ or CT.

Stay in our player housing if you need, and finish the camp with a trip to the Northeast for possible selection to the Atlantic City Labor Day Tournament.

Cole Bumbales plans to be full force in Kenosha and working with all of our Chicago area teams and their visiting opponents for the rest of July and into August.

Get locked in with us and stay at our player housing, where you will learn first hand what it takes to be a Professional, and to demonstrate what you already know in effort of signing you.

Live ab’s, workouts for local teams, as much time on the field as possible, designed specifically for the needs of the players in the program. Therapy, workouts, games and even attending Professional games to get an insight as to what needs to be done to obtain a professional job.

Housing/ Baseball deal for new players is $1500 for 2 weeks, includes a bed to sleep in. At the conclusion of 2 weeks, $500 will go as a deposit towards a Black Sox future and membership.

Here for the week, leaving Sunday night to go up to Banana Ball, workout in Georgia on Tuesday, and back down in Florida for July 19,20,21. Will head to Kenosha for the Kings summer finale around July 24- plan to be there thru the August Playoffs.

WE HAVE TRIED TO MAKE THINGS FLEXIBLE AND GIVE PLAYERS AROUND THE NATION MULTIPLE OPTIONS FOR THE SUMMER THAT DONT INCLUDE DRIVING THEMSELVES ALL OVER THE COUNTRY TO GAMES, AND PLAYING IN LEAGUES THAT DONT GET YOU ANYWHERE.

WE HAVE A DISCOUNTED HOTEL AND HOUSING RATE SET UP AT THE VISITING TEAM HOTEL

• HOTEL HAS A GYM, BREAKFAST AND IS 5 MINUTES FROM THE FIELD

WE HAVE JOBS AT THE STADIUM FOR MEMBERSHIP / LOYAL PLAYERS WHO NEED TO WORK THRU THE SUMMER AT THE GAMES/ CONCERTS/ TOURNAMENTS AND OTHER EVENTS IN THE WASHINGTON AREA

PA WILL BE A GREAT PLACE FOR PLAYER TO GO WHEN THEY FINISH COLLEGE, AND TO DEVELOP AND WORK ON THEIR GAME BEFORE WE CONTINUE TO THE NEXT PART OF THE SUMMER

• SOME PLAYERS WILL STAY IN PA, SOME WILL HEAD TO KENOSHA, SOME TO NJ AT THE END - DURING THE YINZER

ROOKIE CAMP WILL BE DEC 1- DEC 6 AND THEN SOME WILL HEAD NORTH TO SCOUT DAY IN THE NORTHEAST.

OTHERS WILL STAY BACK AND PLAY THE DELRAY BRAVES GAME AND OTHER WORKOUTS DOWN HERE IN OUTH FLORIDA

NOT EVERYONE NEEDS TO HEAD UP TO SCOUT DAY.
